We retained this law firm initially for custody case and had a wonderful attorney. Later on we retained Jim Reisinger for another case and were sorely disappointed. We paid obscene amounts of money and then were told we needed to come up with 14,000 in seven days or he was withdrawing from our case. Of course after not forking over the money they demanded they dropped us from this case and our custody case. Also gave bad advice in second case and is costing us heavily. Now trying to charge us interest on the case they dropped. Our lives will forever be impacted in a negative way because of the negligence and poor ethic of this firm. I had decent experiences with attorneys prior to this firm and unfortunately know what people mean when they say attorneys are sharks and poor excuses for human beings now. Our custody attorney was great, but isn’t a partner in this firm which is probably why they are a decent person and not out trying to screw people over. Proceed with caution if you retain this firm!

James Reisinger has assisted us with various matters over the years. He was referred by a family member, whom he helped with a complicated adoption, and we are very thankful for being introduced. James is kind, compassionate, and attentive. We appreciate all he has helped us with and highly recommend him as a personal attorney.

I had initially hired Brian J Muench law firm and they are horrible. It got to the point where I needed a lawyer to fight my lawyer! I was assigned Kim as a mediator by the Douglas County court yet she can't seem to find time in her schedule to mediate. She doesn't work after 4 she doesn't do weekends. She should absolutely not be on the suggested contact list for the supreme court of Nebraska recommended mediators. I wish my family never got stuck with her to begin with. Now I have to go start over with someone else because she can't manage her schedule.

This man, Jim Reisinger, not only knows what he is talking about, he cares about who he is talking to. I have what I "thought' was a difficult case and Mr. Reisinger (and his staff) put things into perspective. They made me feel confident while also helping me towards humility and the best way to go about things...even life in-general. I can't believe how much we accomplished in such a short period of time. Very grateful for my meeting with Reisinger Booth & Associates today and I'm excited for our next one.

Jim answered all my questions completely and was very responsive with my needs regarding my mom. I have used this firm a few times and have always had a great experience. All my questions are answered. He is very knowledgeable in many areas. I highly recommend.

The process of adoption can be a very stressful time in a persons life and adopting ones own grandchild is exceptionally stressful for many reasons. James Reisinger and his staff did an extraordinary job of getting everything done for me and my grandson in a timely manner and made the whole transition as painless as possible for everyone involved. I can't thank them enough for the future they have helped develop for my grandson and myself!

Kim Booth is great Lawyer/Mediator she believes in equal parenting she has help me and stood strong in my corner and because of her I have joint custody of my daughter.
