I got a pretty serious dui at the end of last year and this was my first experience seeking out an attorney. Mr. Stageman was unbelievably helpful and answered every question that came to my head. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to get "all" evidence authenticated before you accuse someone and just tell them they said or wrote it. I'm pretty sure using Facebook post without authentication because anyone can make a fake page and pretend to be a person is considered hearsay until properly verified. I'm pretty sure this attorney didn't authenticate anything. It's OK because prosecutor is looking into all of it. Detectives and prosecutors have all my evidence. I can't stand when people don't follow the law. I see why he has so many bad reviews and criminal charges of his own. How is he still in practice? Never trust an attorney who has "connections" that's why I hire out of state because that favor system is a crooks move. Can't get no favors from a person you don't know.
