These Ladies are awesome!!! Me and my mother had an excellent experience working with them!! Our lawyer was very patient worked with our busy schedules. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I hired this firm, thinking they were reputable and sharp. They gave my car to a lawyer by the name of Joy Kathurima. She was horrific. My divorce was super awful and very long. And I gave her an abundance of information. about this case. When it came time to have our sit down with my ex-husband, I told her the only thing I needed in this entire meeting was to not say a word and have her speak for me. Because my ex-husband was very intimidating. The moment his lawyer asked me the 1st question, I looked at her, and she was looking at me to answer, and I ended up having to do the entire thing myself. I feel like I paid for a rip-off. I paid top dollar to just do it myself. I was very, very unhappy with the outcome of everything. This was the worst experience of a lawyer I could have ever encountered. What a disappointment & total loss of money.

Jeanne was an absolute rockstar to work with! She got all three of my documents done in a timely manner and helped explain every change she made so I understood exactly what it meant and why she did it. Will definitely be calling her again for any future need!

I am so sad and disappointed with my experience with this law firm. 3+ years of miscommunication, charging for things that were never used in court, two charges for “trial” when I never went to trial the first time and I didn’t have a fair and honest trial the second. Constant mess ups in the parenting plan. Customer service has always been nice but my case was not represented the way it should have been. On both counts, my lawyer did not have my back and sided with the other attorney involved. Both times, wording in a parenting plan was added in/ not added in that wasn’t/was supposed to be. They will side with apposing sides lawyer instead of fully being there for you and as their client. After my “court hearing” verbiage from the opposing party was added in and my lawyer didn’t even care to try and do what’s right and fix it. Just had the judge sign and went on their way. A child’s life is involved and all they cared about was making face with the opposing parties counsel not considering true patterns from the other party and the well being of a child. We have had lawyer before and now have a new one but I’m jaw dropped how this business is ran and how I was treated as a client.

I would give a 5 star review based on my experiences with Hightower Reff, but I am leaving a 3 star due to a recent referral's experience. I referred her here because I thought she'd have the best representation. However, the lawyer she got halfway through her custody case with let her know that he is no longer with the firm and she will need to find a new lawyer, but there isn't one available at this firm. Unfortunately, she is now struggling to find and pay a new lawyer to catch up on her case and represent her quickly. She is struggling to afford the up-front cost with a new lawyer, and felt very abandoned in the middle of a very stressful case. I wish the firm would have found a way to get her representation or at the very least, given her a referral or introduction to someone that could work with her.

Traci is the best and I am so thankful for everything she does for me! I appreciate Melissa very much as well. They really do care about helping everyone they can out.

Sarah took money on Friday for a consultation knowing the details of a case before speaking with the potential client on Friday. Then waited until after 5:00 on the same Friday to let the potential client know that she was not going to take the case. Leaving the potential client without legal representation for court next week.

Susan and her staff were amazing! They were knowledgeable, efficient and quick with my case. Always available and very accommodating. I hope to never need legal assistance again, but if I do I will definitely retain Susan again.
