Peng Li helped me big time. My mother had a stroke and was hospitalized for a year. She could not go through the normal naturalization application process because of her medical conditions. Attorney Li helped us apply for waivers, exemptions, and arrange special accommodations for my mom with the USCIS officers. He made sure that I was informed and we had everything needed for her naturalization process. There were hiccups along the way because it is even rare for the USCIS to deal with this type of situation.
