I engaged Li Law Group to advise and prepare for K-1 visa application for my fiancé. Li Law Group provided an engagement letter and the expectations were very clear. Li Law Group was through in the preparation of the visa application and included photos and a statement why there is a bona fide relationship. Peng Li provided checklists of documents needed. Once the USCIS approved the I-129F, the paperwork was sent to the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. Peng Li provided a checklist of documents my fiancé would need at her K-1 Class visa interview. At the visa interview, my fiancé had all of the documents that she needed. At the visa interview, my fiancé received word that the U.S. Consulate would mail her passport with a K-1 class visa to her home. My fiancé has traveled to the United States. We will be mailed within the 90 day requirement. Li Law Group is knowledgeable about visa requirements and handled the K-1 visa application for my fiancé. I would recommend Li Law Group to help with immigration matters. Being able to send electronic payments by Zelle, saved the hassle of writing paper checks.
