Very unprofessional and poor communication. I got in a car accident in June 2020 and they settled my case, then said they would take care of the underinsured portion. Once they got their money from the first part, I didn’t hear from them again. I’ve left multiple messages with the receptionist, plenty of voicemails, and emails as well- it’s been 7 months now. They encouraged me to seek out more medical care because they suggested it would be covered after the second portion of the case was settled, so I did and now I’m stuck with medical bills and no help. Even during the first portion they did not keep me in the loop, they were hard to get ahold of, and they were very unhappy to answer my questions. I’m extremely disappointed.
