Eric was very reliable and trustworthy. He was very flexible and communicated everything clearly and professionally. Knowing that he was working hard to get the best outcome for me gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the whole process. 10/10.

I hired Eric and his team that included Mallory Hughes and Broderick. It was a difficult Federal case. Looking at 13-15 and got 8.5 which was a victory. BUT the key was the experience Eric provided. Emotional support/empathy is the #1 thing I hadn’t thought about before inquiring about lawyers. BUT I learned how VITAL that was for my family and my mental well-being. Eric absolutely provided emotional support and extremely timely responses to phone and text questions. Not only recommend for results, but for the KEY emotional support they provide and the empathy for what myself and my entire family goes through in a criminal proceeding.

In 2022 I was arrested in Nebraska on 2 felony charges and an infraction. I hired Eric Hagen at Berry law Firm with no knowledge of how the law, court, or lawyers worked as I’ve never needed one. From the moment I hired Mr.Hagen, he thoroughly went over all the aspects of my case including how things work, what to expect, and what his plan was. He worked diligently on my case and kept me informed even though I live out of state, all the way in oklahoma. A year later, I am walking away with 2 misdemeanors and no jail time. I know for certain I would not have received the outcome I did had I not had Mr.Hagen and his team working my case. I would give 100 stars if I could. I hope I never need to, but if I needed a lawyer again I would without a doubt rehire. I whole heartedly recommend Eric, his team, and his law firm to anyone seeking legal advice or council.
