The service was absolutely incredible. Chellsie was always very responsive and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. This firm was a real joy to work with and they were able to get results quickly. After two declines to my applications along with three years of muddling through the disability process, I finally decided to hire a lawyer and found Watson & Caroll through a Google search. I had a great experience with Watson and Carroll every time I called, emailed or text with any questions they always answered my concerns in a timely manner. Only reason I gave four stars is because of COVID I never met them face to face and would loved to put a voice with a face. I would definitely recommend them.

Attention to details, always kept updated, was surprised how fast I was aapproved. Watson and Carroll did and outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier, thank you thank you for everything.

Ok first off excuse my grammar and punctuation. I'd like to thank from the bottom of my heart chelsie webber and her colleagues. She is amazing hands down! Caring thoughtful listens. There is no other people that I would wanna have chosen done this work for me. Now going into this, this takes time people! This does not happen overnight. It takes a long time it took me 2.5 years. Abby and Chellsie were so helpful during our entire SSDI Claim. They answered all questions, in a timely manner. They called Social Security on our behalf. They told us upfront the odds of our case being won, and the timeline. We won our case on the first attempt and they were a big reason why. If you are contemplating hiring someone look no further.

I have become disabled about 2 years ago and haven’t been able to work. Watson and Carroll took my case on with only 2 months left before my hearing with the Administrative Law Judge! They were thorough with my case and made sure that I was able to win my case! They were always quick to answer any questions I had. I was attacked by a man with a machete, and nearly lost my arm and I died 3 times. I filed for disability about a month after I was released from the hospital. The intake officer at the disability office was very nice. He approved my initial intake. Social Security denied my claim immediately siting I wasn't out of work for over a year. I immediately began looking for attorneys. I didn't know who was good. Who would take my case and dive in right away? How does the disability system work? Questions I couldn't answer. I called a few different attorneys and didn't get very far. They either had to many cases already or wouldn't take case till the year requirement was expired. I saw this post on the ratings of Watson and Carroll. I called and immediately was answered by LaDonna and she was very nice, courteous, and immediately made me feel good about the call. My appointment was set and they met me in their offices in Sioux city Iowa. Which was amazing since their main office is in Omaha, Nebraska. Chelsie and Abby met me and were nothing but spectacular. We had a great meeting and they made me feel comfortable and confident in moving forward with their representation. Over the next two years they were nothing but professional and on point. They requested records and started building a case immediately. They filed all the paperwork required. They handled everything. When we went to court they were on top of everything. Filed pre and post briefs. All the while Chelsie was dealing with a personal health issue that she only discussed in the pre trial meeting. Which blew me away. To do what she did for me while dealing with personal strife. Simply above and beyond. After all was said and done, we won. Full disability. Simply the best experience I could have asked for. If I could give more stars I would. I will forever be in debt and a life long of respect and gratitude. I will be keeping them close forever.

Chellsie & Abby of Watson & Carroll were extremely instrumental in representing my husband on his Social Security Disability claim, of which the initial application was approved in a little over 3 months. Their professionalism was outstanding. They were able to convey the complicated process in a down to earth manner & on layman’s terms, which was truly appreciated.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST!! THIS PLACE HAS SUCH KIND HEARTED PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT YOU FIRST!! I made the mistake of taking an offer with another firm yet these people still were willing to explain to me how the legal aspects work even though I messed up and accepted another. Don't make my mistake and pick this place as your first as i'm sure you won't regret it. They were so good to me in the short time I knew them and if I ever have a need for this type of service again; this is the first place I will go to.
