I got a hold of Mr James Pollock because I was having issues with the landlord, he took the time to give me my three best moves to make, a reference so I could do my own investigation into how I wanted to proceed, and let me know that I probably wouldn't need him, but that if I did to go ahead and call him back to hire him. I'm not losing this number from my phone
