Shakil represented me on an employment case. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was super attentive and responsive whenever I had questions. There is no way I would have been able to handle the case by myself. He educated me along the way making sure we were well prepared. The result was quite favorable. I whole heartedly recommend him to anyone with employment related issues. It will be money well spent and very reasonable compared to other law firms I interviewed.

It was a long process and we ended up working with different lawyers due to some leaving. Elizabeth was with us all the way through and absolutely wonderful! After spending months trying to find a law firm that would even look at my workers compensation case, I had the good fortune to have my case accepted by High and Younes. Justin High immediately made the decision to take my case. He knew Erin Fox, his Workers Compensation attorney, would be perfect. She is an expert on Workers Compensation. After reviewing my case, she knew which avenues to take to make sure my case was solid. She did all of the leg work. Before I knew it, she filed suit on my behalf. My former employer’s defense became indefensible as we proceeded through trial. I knew I was right, and the judge saw right through my former employer’s attorney thanks to Erin. After my benefits were cancelled improperly, the judge determined and solidified my claim for benefits going forward with his order. This will save me thousands of dollars as my previous employer now will be paying for them! Erin was so good at explaining the ins and outs of the process. You will find that what you think you know about the legal system is not necessarily true. Erin is good at educating you though. There are many nuances that only an attorney like Erin Fox can know. I completely trust her and you should too. The time spent on my case, for me, was minimal as she did the work that needed to be done. And, she was meticulous in her process.
