I’ve had best experience ever comparing to other law firms. Isabella was ready to answer all of my questions, walk me thru the whole process, explain different outcomes. I’m not the best in terminology in law, however because of her thorough explanation I feel well informed and aware of my case. I highly recommend this team of attorneys.

Excellent law firm to to turn to in the time of need. Isabella Qingye Li explained in great detail the intricacies of the process in general, so that I had a better understanding of what to expect regarding the case. She informed me of different options I could pursue and what the advantages or disadvantages of those options were. Not only is Isabella knowledgeable but she is also reassuring and genuinely caring. Not only did I feel welcomed by Isabella, but I also felt welcomed by the whole staff. I walked in despite not having a set appointment and Dan Reeker took time out of his day to help me with my documents right away. I have already and will continue to refer people to this law firm.

I thought you guys were doing good for your clients but I just found out that you guys are like the corner restaurant we can all go eat but not use the restroom because of the dirtiest!! You got $4000 and just sent a new graduate law student to our court hearing. That was all about somebody live but y'all messed it up. I wish that you the boss of that office losses your license and have the actually feeling we have!! Live is not only about money

They are very unprofessional. they are playing too much with people immigration case. If it was possible to give them 0 star, I will. I had my hearing with the judge for asylum last week, they send one lady her name is Qingye Isabella Li to represent my case, but she even didn't know how formulate one correct sense. She can't explain and defend the case. it is one most bad experience I had in my life. They are very expensive with poor service. They even don't care about people case. They most care about money, They are all the time talking about money. Don't go there if you have any immigration case. I didn't win the case and they are asking me to again, then they will file for appeal. They are so wicked, they don't even think about people pain. I am very disappointed.

We should have read the reviews closer before calling or even considering this office to even sharpen our pencil, it is the most incompetent and brainless legal representation I've ever spoke with. The so called Associate Attorney Qingye "Isabella" Li couldn't even keep a basic train of thought or talk in complete sentences...avoid this office at all cost.

They are very irresponsible and very bad attention from the staff, very little professional, they play with people's problems. I do not recommend it to anyone ... the treatment is terrible,My daughter has to appear in court and the lawyer has to represent her and her workers always say that she is not here, they should not play with people if they cannot comply, do not commit to solving the cases it is a lack of respect
