Tom Petersen and his paralegal Josie Rivera helped our family navigate what no family wants to go through with a minor child. I can't say enough good things about them. They were professional, compassionate, prompt with their responses, and frequently communicated with us throughout the entire process. They made us feel supported and comforted through a difficult time. Tom is a wonderful and respectable man he does not judge you and he is always kind and there for you when you need him. He always replies to emails very quickly and is always there to help you whenever you need it. I could not have asked for a better attorney ever been Tom Peterson he is my savior he is wonderful and I truly truly believe he is the best lawyer in Omaha Nebraska. Without Tom help I think I would be in jail for over two years he is amazing and there is no one better to hire then Tom.

Guilty or not, if you are charged with a crime you will need a good defense attorney.
