Petersen Law Office is the only name you need to know. For six years i called and searched for answers and some kind of hope and all i got was "the run around." Somehow I was able to stay employed in my profession as an ironworker, but then my luck ran out as I no longer could get to where I had to go. 15 yr revocation for DUI Needed Tom's help with a 15 yr revocation. I was 7 years into a 15 year no longer lived in the area so I started calling around different lawyers. Talk to 7 or 8 and everyone said well 8 or 9 months we can go to the board of pardons when can we meet ugggg. Called Petersen Law nice lady said we could have you driving in less than 30 days. WHATS this MAGIC.....Paid Tom @ 10 Monday morning and he call me Wednesday afternoon are you ready to drive. Didn't have to drive to Omaha go to the board of pardons nothing. Monday interlock gets installed and Tuesday I take the driving test. Don't mess around hire this guy and get on with your life. If Tom would have been my lawyer 10 years ago where would I be. Pay the man and I'm sure you'll thank him too. Thanks Petersen Law.

Before contacting Tom I was told getting my driving privileges reinstated would be a long process with lots of hoops to jump through. Tom got me driving again within three weeks of our first consultation! After serving ten years of my revocation I am now free to drive wherever, whenever I want. I'm from the Charlotte, NC area and was in Omaha Nebraska working. I was involved in a terrible traffic accident that involved alcohol with serious injury. I was taken to UNMC. Upon waking up with a broken right heel bone, torn ligament in my right knee, three fractured ribs, two fractured bones in my lower back, trauma related issues with my neck, shoulder, upper back, and multiple lacerations of my right hand and arm my wife told me I was in an accident of which I had no memory of. I was devastated beyond belief and facing a DWI with bodily injury. The vehicle I was in ran a red light and struck a passing vehicle which caused the driver of the other vehicle to be ejected and have serious brain injuries with a fractured skull. This charge had a minimum fine of $10,000 and one year imprisonment. We immediately called Tom Peterson Law. Mr. Peterson came to the hospital to see me and got on my case right away. I spent 24 days in the hospital before I was released. Upon release I should have been arrested but Mr. Peterson did a lot of investigating and legwork to help with the case to include speaking with the DA and investigating officers. Through the investigation and with Mr. Peterson's help, it was determined that I was not the driver- it was in fact my coworker. Not only was I not charged, I was removed from the accident report as the driver. I was exhilarated beyond belief. Mr. Peterson's hard work was nothing but spectacular and well worth the fee. I would like to thank Mr. Peterson and I highly recommend Peterson Law to represent anyone facing insurmountable odds. Five Stars!

He did what he said he would and even went beyond. He was worried about me and not what he could make off of me. I seen him do to a work injury and he got double what was offered to me before I worked with him. He is very professional at what he does. He even calls me still after we were done with the settlement. I would highly recommend Adam and I would use him only in the future.

I had contacted a attorney prior to contacting Tom Petersen and that attorney took a week to return my call. I was not happy. When i contacted Tom he returned my call right away and was very professional and highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed. We setup a meeting and he told me he would handle everything. Well that is exactly what he did. He was very pro active and i never had to call him to find out about my case. He always called me to tell me what was going on.
