Mr. Petersen is a phenomenal lawyer who is professional and very knowledgeable about the law. He was able to negotiate with other attorneys to get the best outcome for us and he was always available to discuss items we didn’t understand. Most importantly, he PERSONALLY manages all his cases. You won’t be getting a first year law student or secretary overseeing your case. With 28 years of experience, you know you are in good hands! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who has your best interest from the beginning to the end of your case.

Tom is an absolute legend of a lawyer. He got my case completely dismissed. He works hard and you can tell he puts ample time into the case to make sure you have the best chance of succeeding. If avoiding penalties is your goal, Tom is the man.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom. I have lived out of state for over a decade and they recently canceled my license due to my license being revoked in NE. Needless to say I was in panic. Tom worked tirelessly to get me the best possible outcome. His communication was fantastic. I was so impressed that after court and sentencing he continued to advocate for me and guide me through the reinstatement process with the DMV. Before I even leave town my home state license is valid again! You will not be sorry you hired Tom and his team.

Highly recommended! Tom is a true professional who communicated clearly and worked efficiently resulting in a positive outcome. It's never fun when you need an attorney.
