I called twice (July 10, 2023 & August 4, 2023) and spoke with a receptionist to inquire about setting up a consultation. The second time I was given an apology for their oversight. Both times I was told I would be contacted by an attorney for a consultation. Nobody ever contacted me or reached out in any capacity. Very unprofessional.

I called to inquire about service and the receptionist, Bryce, was incredibly abrasive and unpleasant. They were dismissive to the questions I asked, and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification on the short, nonsense answers given to me. If I were a law firm especially in the personal injury category, I would want my employees to treat each client and prospective client with the utmost respect and kindness as any establishment would. Extremely disappointed that this is my first interaction, and last with this firm.

Best attorneys every smart

Although we only communicated a couple times through email, David seemed polite and professional, if a bit abrupt. The staff he has working for him however, were exceptionally rude and dismissive for no apparent reason. (Also, Bryce Isackson might not be the best person to have as the first point of contact for your law firm.) You wouldn't expect to be rudely interrupted and hung up on just because you asked about the history, experience and communication turn around of the law office you're evaluating to hire, but it happened. Twice. How people treat you when they don't consider you to be important or exploitable is a great demonstration of character. The character shown by the Domina Law Group staff during almost every interaction was more than sufficient to show me that they are not a law firm that I feel I could rely upon. Maybe the next client will have better luck. Or maybe not.

Not helpful

Our experience with Christian Williams, as our legal councel, was very positive. He was very responsive, very professional, courteous and easy to work with. From the beginning, he instilled confidence he had our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future for our legal needs.

We used Domina Law to draft our Wills. The entire staff made the process smooth & answered all of our questions, no matter how “silly” because we didn’t know what we were doing.
