Absolutely phenomenal. I was bitten by a dog and was unsure where to start when it came to legal representation because I have never required it before. I emailed several law firms several days after the incident and Bob Knowles responded within the hour. The other three took several days in which I had already started working with Bob at that point. He was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything to me before any part of the process moved on. During my time working with Bob I received instant updates on my case whenever he received new information. It took about six months from the time I was bitten to the point the case settled and at no point did I lose faith, trust or confidence in Bob.
