I choose to use Cuddigan Law to assist me in taking my 80% V.A. disability to 100%. I had been at 80% for awhile,and was making no progress in getting to 100%. I talked to Mike Mosites, and he assured me that Cuddigan would do all they could do to get me to 100%. We talked for awhile and figured out how we would work things out. Mike, and Cuddigan got the paper work started and within 5 months l heard back from the V.A. They had received all my paper work, and medical records. I went through there exams with the V.A. doctors and within 5 months I was approved for 100% unemployability!! During this waiting period not only did I talk to Mike but also to Sean who assured me that they were on the case. I am so satisfied with you guys and recommend you to everyone. These guys were fantastic working with me to increase my VA disability rating. I reached out to them after my county VA rep totally turned me off telling me I couldn’t qualify for 100%! These guys interviewed me then got right to work! Just a few emails and phone calls and they ran with it! Then the VA started scheduling all kinds of physicals to verify my conditions. Now I’m rated 100%! These are the go to guys if you want to get your disability increased. They are also exceedingly honest and fair with the fees they charge!
