Working with them right now and they seem aggressive from the start of things!

I had the privilege to work with Sara which was an absolute blessing. I have gone through 2 years of health challenges and never ever thought that I would need social security benefits. Having never requested any government aid in my 58 years including my time as a combat veteran, I would not have known where to start. First, let me talk about the human experience; Sara is one of the kindest persons I have ever met. She was never condescending, judgmental or rude with me. She always returned my calls, never asked me to do anything that she could or get, and was always able to provide a down to earth answer that made the process very understandable. I was able to get approved without having to go to appeal or medical remediation. I could not have done this on my own without her help. My recommendation is to consider using Cuddigan Law as a first call. The process takes a while and if your denied on your first request for SSDI, It will only make the process longer on appeal. I have no doubt that using Cuddigan law reduced my time to approval and allowed me to have an advocate to navigate this complicated process every step of the way. My situation was not service related but if it were, I would without a doubt use Cuddigan Law and will be sharing my experience with my brothers and sisters in my VFW hall. Give yourself a break. Take some of the stress off of yourself as you heal, seek treatment or have found yourself in a dire financial situation as a result of your issue and consider as your first step to call Cuddigan Law.

When I reached out to Nebraska Legal Group, I was assigned Augustine. I discovered quickly that he was knowledgeable, very professional, and nothing was "sugar coated". I was truly amazed at the outstanding communication throughout the process, which never left me wondering what was happening with my case. His assistant Haleigh deserves many kudos as well. They advertised on Facebook for a free consultation, but they charge you $250 to come in the first visit. They told me to call them when I was ready to file for divorce. I called and left a message that I needed to get the paperwork going. No one ever returned my call or responded at all. Very frustrating when the situation is already stressful. Now I have to go somewhere else and start over with another consultation fee. I'm assuming they have no interest in doing business since they never returned my call.

They kept us informed, they kept it simple, and they got us the benefits that my husband desperately needed. Our lives have been made so much easier because of their help!
