I knew going into this that the process was going to take some time and patience and Tim and his team did an outstanding job keeping in contact and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They were very straightforward and on top of things before I even knew there was anything stalling the process, the team did an incredible job keeping my mind at ease while helping me through the court process and ultimately an interview in front of the judge. With all of the twists, turns, curve balls, and misleading jargon that SSDI used to try and either convince me to give up hope or just accept defeat the team at cuddigan took care of it and kept my spirits high through the almost 2 years process. Looking back there is no way I could have done it on my own and gotten a favorable decision. I will always refer them to anyone I know who needs help with the disability process.

Hanna and Greg were outstanding in helping us with our situation. Hannah had not research into our past custody cases and knew the details before we even met with them. I was very grateful to have Timothy Cuddigan represent me. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding. Leigha Sopiak was my attorney for a modification and contempt case. She stuck alongside me through a very difficult journey in a very difficult situation where we both focused on the facts and what was best for my daughters. It was difficult and at times we did not know how things would turn out. With enough pressure put on we were able to settle for everything I had asked for, avoid trial, and avoid my children having to get involved with court.
