Meagan Spomer helped me to win my case in July 2022. I have never doubted that Meagan was the attorney I would need to get this case finalized. I had the privilege to work with her two different times dealing with a very high conflict situation. She has always been positive and reassuring in regards to all the conflicts and uncertainty with my case. In 2021, I knew I needed full custody privileges when dealing with an extremely difficult ex partner. Meagan and her paralegal, Kelsey Jackson, picked up my case like bosses and within a few months I had been granted temporary sole legal custody. I knew the case was going to be lengthy and very high conflict, so it was reassuring to have her backing me up. I appreciated that she always had a logical view and she helped me to understand my case better from a legal aspect. Meagan doesn’t waver in how she handles a case. I didn’t always have her agreeing with me, but I respected her views and I knew she was guiding me to the best possible outcome. Although I assumed it would work in my favor, I was relieved to have Meagan there at trial. I was anxious and didn’t know what to expect, but Meagan was prepared, encouraging, and truly a professional that I admire. I gained sole legal and physical custody of my children thanks to Meagan and Kelsey. I was very blessed to be referred to this law firm and when I made contact I was greeted very professionally and had a lawyer contact me back immediately after providing short simple information regarding my VA situation. My lawyer went to work fast and handled all the paperwork pertaining to my case from start to finish and kept me well informed through phone calls and mail. I didn’t have to worry about long phone calls, appointments, standing in lines, or ridiculous paperwork that I didn’t understand. I received an updated raise to my VA disability rating which not only gave me more money including back pay, but also was able to document other underlying conditions that I had been dealing with. One of the best decisions I've ever made was to contact Cuddigan Law. Navigating the VA Disability Compensation Appeals Process was complicated and discouraging. They will provide you with the assistance you need in order to submit the proper forms required by the VA.
