Ariana was awesome! She was easy to talk to & explained things clearly. She always responded to my emails & phone calls promptly. She called to check in with me periodically as well as to give me updates. She made several calls to see why the district was taking so long. She is a very understanding and caring person. I appreciate that a lot. Cuddigan Law was highly recommended to me by a friend and counselor and they didn't disappoint.

Today marked the 5th time Adam Little has asked the Judge for the opposition/court to cover his legal fees. Today ALSO marks the 5th time Mr. Little was told “no” by the Judge for such a request - leading to ever growing fees for his client. I unfortunately can’t give a zero rating here. Adam Little specializes in sending 600 word whiney emails 3X a month to the opposition when “his” feelings are hurt and things don’t go his way. He’s taken part in petty efforts to shame my family members, and then acts innocent in the process. Lots of “who me?” tendencies from the guy who is supposedly the professional. He sold a false outcome to my ex-wife over 20 months ago - telling her that he’d get me to cover all of her legal bills, promising her the moon, etc. - yet here we are, and she’s owing him more than $30, 000 (and counting), all the while, Judge Nelson has never once ruled that I would be covering my wife’s legal fees (today was the Judge’s 5th “hell no” to his fee requests)….and the divorce isn’t even resolved. He keeps filing motions and then charging her….claiming to her that the court or me will cover it….and EVERY TIME, he gets dunked on by the judge. To sneak, connive, and scheme, he instructs his client to lie and withhold financial information (having her lie about her income and spending on behalf of her husband - 7 credit cards maxed out in her husband’s name). “Winning” to NLG means getting money…..although the money is only coming from a client who can’t afford them and was sold a fake story….and now, has since lied in a court of law, at the encouragement of Adam Little. Digging her a financial and ethical holes in the process. Kids, marriage, compliance, positive outcomes, mean nothing to NLG. They promise you the moon, then simply ask you to pay for the moon they won’t deliver, via monthly invoice.

Cuddington was always responsive to my needs and kept me up to date with the status of my claim. Ariana Ross was awesome in guiding me through the process with much enthusiasm and compassion. A special thanks to her. I couldn’t recommend Cuddington more strongly.

Great experience, They were able to answer all the questions I had. They took care of all the paperwork. The lawyer In charge of my case contacted me, usually by email about updates with my case. I was approved on the first request.

When I was ready to give up, they were ready to fight even harder. The whole staff was great to work with. They have a way of explaining next steps in a way that I was able to understand and I never felt like I was alone in this. I don't think I would have been successful without them. There's not enough words to express my gratitude.

I knew I couldn't do this on my own so some friends referred me to Cuddigan Law. I had a few surgeries and on strong medication so very hard to comprehend. They made it so much easier for me.
