Megan Wolfe was a joke. As is Stephanie Oliver. I started two cases for my children in Iowa and Nebraska last year. My case was dropped for the father not pursuing a case. The case was dropped in May of this year. Both Megan and Stephanie continued to reach out to me and charge me until the end of September when Megan had Stephanie reach out via email to inform me Megan was leaving he practice she would be leaving me without legal counsel. I may get a reply that they refunded however how do I know this is accurate if you were charging me for services after my case was dropped and then not telling me....? This is group and Megan Wolfe are why people hate lawyers.

Honesty and integrity – two values that I regard highly and describe Sean Cuddigan. After my VA rating was decreased, I tried VSOs and others to no avail, so I decided to try a lawyer. Sean came recommended by one of my staff members’ husbands who had gone through similar issues with the VA and had a positive outcome. I contacted the office, filed the necessary paperwork, and waited to see what Sean thought. After a few days, the office contacted me and said that Sean had agreed to take on my case. I was contacted by his staff and had the process explained thoroughly. The day before our first strategy meeting, Sean contacted me personally to tell me that he had found another favorable VA decision on my case from just two days prior. We discussed their new findings/rating and decided that it was the right thing for me. Sean then informed me that, since the new decision was based on an appeal I had previously filed, he would not be charging me for the time and effort he and his team had spent on my case. Wow! Based on my personal experience, and that of another veteran known to me personally, I would recommend Sean and his team to anyone facing difficulties with the VA.

I started my disability claim through Cuddigan about a year and a half ago (Feb 2020) and am now waiting on SS Administration to issue my back pay and start my monthly payments less than a month after my court date.
