I put in for disability services in January 2021 and was approved by April 2021. The staff was attentive, responsive, respectful, and professional. Arianna was especially helpful and responsive.

My experience dealing with social security directly was terrifying and demeaning. They did everything they could to make me feel like it was going to be a process and they were sure to let me know that the amount of paperwork and everything else involved was very very scary and although I am sure they weren't doing it on purpose it felt as if they were trying to make me feel like it was the hardest thing I ever do or talk me out of going for disability and considering my situation that was not an option. Finding Cuddigan law, and having somebody in my corner was a god send. Knowing that my only job was to go to my doctor's appointments and make sure that I fulfilled my end was a relief that the paperwork and all of that was going to be taken care of by someone with experience meant a lot, especially going through what we were going through at the time with Covid19 and all of the new changes. Even dealing with covert 19 in all of the appointment restrictions that came with it. Only 2 years after my onset date and I can finally breath thanks to Mr Cuddigan and the amazing team at Cuddigan Law.

Mr. Cuddigan and his staff were very helpful in every step of my disability case and hearing. Answering every question I had and explaining every step of the process thoroughly. I truly feel that had I not had them by my side, things may not have gone as well as they did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help and guidance in their disability case, he won mine just 10 mins from the start of the hearing! Tim and company did wonderful, they helped when no one else would. Blair was my case manager and she was there every time I needed her. It took 3 years of fighting but they got me the help I needed and I appreciate everything that they did for me. Three years prior to this no one believed in me except for Tim, when you’re in pain and no one believes in you it makes it hard. I had a tough case & I know without a doubt at the beginning I wasn't the easiest client. I was nervous & just really lost. Greg & Sydney were AMAZING! They fought harder than I ever thought possible. My ex threw a ton of nonsense out & during the entire process They fought hard. If I could give a rating past 5 stars I would.
