The attorneys and staff there all great and they always keep in touch with you and answer any questions that you may have, and some disability cases are very difficult and they know what they're doing!!

I think Cuddigan Law is a great firm. After I was denied disability once I decided to hire a lawyer. I had many tell me that you really didn't need a lawyer until you were denied a second time but for piece of mind I hired one anyway. Tim Cuddigan came highly recommended by a friend. The office was very responsive to my questions but I cannot attest to their process as I'm not sure they had to do much more than what I had already done in my initial filing since a second review by the SSA is basically just a different set of eyes that makes the determination. In speaking with Tim initially I do feel Cuddigan would have been my best representation and gotten the job done should I have been denied a second time and then had to go in front of a judge.

Excellent people and service. I was approved has fast as you can be approved with a fully favorable decision on my claim. Great job I would refer Cuddigan law to everyone.

As frustrating and confusing as the application and appeals process can be, these folks are like a friend who will listen, then help you. They'll explain everything along the way so you don't feel as if anything is done without your input or approval. They were very successful in helping me get all the benefits I was entitled to receive. I'd strongly advise anyone going through the disability process to reach out to Cuddigan. Don't go it alone. This is what they do, and they're clearly very good at it.
