My partner is Jeffrey Rock. I did personally reach out on September 17th with my complaints and was ignored. After the email below we ended up waiting additional time for a paper we were told we didn't need but ended up needing. My ex is without a license and job currently which made getting back and forth for things to be notarized difficult. All of this meant our divorce took 2 months longer then it should have. I couldn't have been more clear at our first meeting. Adding we were quoted one amount and ended up paying almost double because I was forced to reach out about every single thing, otherwise I have no doubt our case still wouldn't be done. Im sure this will be disputed but it is what it is. I had extremely high hopes for this practice after our initial meeting but things almost immediately went down hill. David, I feel like I wasn't listened to at my initial meeting where I told Meghan my ex and I agreed on everything and that we just needed documents written up and filed because we weren't confident doing it ourselves. I supplied Meghan with all information including what we wanted in our parenting plan. Both my ex and I took the parenting class, sent those in and they were filed. We then proceeded to wait over a month to be told we needed to do mediation which I've now discovered isn't needed because we already agree on everything pertaining to our children and have no assets or debt to divide. I reached out to Meghan September 3rd about a parenting plan which she said she would try to get to me the following day. I waited 12 days and reached out again. I've paid 2 bills now and it's been 3 additional days since reaching out and still no response on the parenting plan for me to sign off so it can be sent to Leah. I feel like everything should have been done and filed by now as our case was very straightforward with both parties agreeing and working together. We had anticipated things being finalized by September 12th because that was 61 days (and enough time for the remainder of documents to be filed) from when Leah's voluntary appearance form was filed. I paid an additional bill for my file to just be reviewed while no communication was done at all to make progress on our case. I've supplied all the needed things on my end and if anything is missing I'm unaware as it hasn't been brought to my attention. This has lead to frustration on both mine and my exes part as we just want this chapter in our lives to be closed so we can move on with focus on our kids and not being legally bound to one another. Tried for 27 days to get someone to return my call. Left messages over the phone and even used the chat option on the internet. I was told countless time someone would return my call to help with my VA claim. If this is the level of service they provide I could only assume what they do in court
