Cuddigan Law is a fantastic organization that really has the best interests of veterans in mind. I felt 100% supported from the start of my appeal and new claims to the end. I highly recommend Cuddigan Law to veterans who are not only having a difficult time, but need that extra support to ensure the job gets done correctly. I would not be where I am now if it wasn't for them!

I was in need of some assistance with some custody issues I was facing and obtained the services of Meagan Spomer. It was the best thing I could have done for my girls and I. Meagan was great from the beginning and her Paralegal (Kelsey Jackson) was just as amazing with maintaining communication regarding my case and ensuring that Meagan had everything she needed to represent me. I am not sure I can tell them enough how thankful I am for all of the help and guidance they provided me when I really needed it. Hopefully I never have to obtain services regarding my matter again but if I do then I will be contacting the Nebraska Legal Group and requesting Meagan Spomer. Thanks again Meagan and Kelsey!

Misunderstood. I had given "x" amount $. Right before trial/court, I needed to talk to my lawyer and the office would not allow me to speak with them until I replenished the retainer. So bc I was worried about my case, I sought my answers from other firms. The next week, my lawyer dropped me as their client because, " I went behind behind their back to other firms". In result, my ex-husband didn't need to pay for credit cards he used in my name, nor held responsible to help cover my children's medical bills, and was only held responsible for about 25% of equity of our home. In addition there were SO many issues with the parenting plan.

I would recommend Tim and his staff to everybody. He was recommended to me by my cousin and I am really surprised at how little time it took for my disability to go through. I highly recommend this gentleman he’s great

I would absolutely recommend Cuddigan Law to any veteran needing assistance with their VA Claim. As a veteran myself, I struggled with understanding my initial VA claim decision. Sean took the time to explain the appeals process, walk me through the next steps, assist me in gathering evidence and ultimately getting a remarkably favorable outcome when it came to my claim. I was initially told to stay away from attorney's by free "Veteran Service Organizations." However, the reality of the situation is those same organizations got me unfavorable outcomes. Sean and his team were outstanding, compassionate, communicative and worked hard to get my claim done properly.

For anyone who might be In the situation where they are trying to save money by having one of their attorneys handle both sides. DONT!!! They will say they’re representing both parties but they only represent the person who filed. Todd Engleman knowingly took full advantage of me for the benefit of my Ex. They will not communicate with you (specially child support) on my case I was told I was getting health insurance credit but when it was figured into the worksheet Todd put in $0 contribution towards insurance. (Which I was providing) With that being said, basically I had no council representing me so therefore I have no grounds to stand on correcting my child support! That now cost me almost an additional $500/month. The judge told my attorney (now) there’s nothing they can do. I never Saw the calculations until the judge signed the decree. Thanks Nebraska Legal Group and Todd Engleman for LYING!!! 😡😡😡

We hired Chris Pomerleau as a divorce attorney this past year. He was very insensitive and arrogant. He lacked the experience needed for our case and in many situations it felt as though he didn't know what he was doing. There were many mistakes made and we had to constantly double check everything to make sure it was being done properly. It was very hard to get ahold of him. At one point he told us, "he had 63 other clients" making us feel like we were his last priority. When we finally did get a meeting arranged with him, there was a miscommunication with staff and it had to be rescheduled after I had taken off of work to be there. When we met with him he did not answer our questions and was reading emails from ANOTHER client during our meeting with him. He was very unprofessional. This firm charged us a high amount of money with no substantial outcomes at all. In fact, when reviewing the bill many of the charges didn't make sense and when we called to clarify we only received vague answers. I am very happy with our decision to let him go and hire somebody else or we would not have had a good outcome. I would not recommend this lawyer or this legal group to anybody, especially anybody in a vulnerable position that can be taken advantage of. In response to the owner: I am a relative of the client represented, however I paid for the services provided so I do have the right to post a review. I was very much so involved in the case and attended a majority of the meetings with this attorney including the meeting listed above. In fact after reading all of the good reviews my hopes were very high and I decided to hire this group to help my relative through a very difficult time- it was one of the biggest mistakes I could have made. The fact that the owner finds our experience "laughable" and the language he has used to retaliate speaks for itself. The situation my relative went through and the experience she had with this firm was anything but laughable. I do not enjoy posting negative reviews and truly wish we had a better experience, but felt it was my duty to review this company after the experiences that we had. Also, David Crum responds to every negative review giving out client's history with their firm and private stories. That is against attorney- client confidentiality and very unethical. He retaliates against anybody posting negative or truthful reviews. Highly unprofessional.
