I had brain cancer which left me visually impaired and left me with other physical challenges. I went to Cuddigan on several recommendations. I met with Tim and he took case and we filled out all of the paperwork. About three months went by, and I was denied disability. Went back in and met with Joy and filled out more paperwork and was told to talk to my doctors about writing a letter for my appeal, doctors agreed to do so. Three months pass again and I was denied again. Was told by staff to quit my 12/hr a week job and quit school because it "would look better for disability". I started doing some of my own investigating and it turns out Cuddigan never got any info from my doctors. I called and asked Joy why no info was sent and she said it is their policy not to get that stuff until it goes to hearing. Now that seems not to make sense, why would you not want to send evidence in until a client has waited over two years to get resolution? Well Cuddigan and his ilk are paid a percentage of your back pay under federal statute, and are capped at a max of $6000. If they get your case resolved quickly they don't make any money, but by dragging it out for years it assures them of collecting the max. It is all a numbers game to them. Get as many n the door, make them wait as long as possible, instruct clients to game system by not trying to help themselves through minimal work or school, and hope the batting average in the end is high enough to turn a tidy profit. The office acts in unethical ways and does not care about the clients only the end game of a fat check after a long wait. There is a reason they advertise on trash tv shows, because they are trying to get as many low educated desperate people through the doors as they can to put into the system. As soon as I caught on to their scheme I fired the firm and hired a reputable lawyer. Update. I noticed how Tim is quick to claim it is SS fault for denying claims and I misunderstood the success rate. How about not offering any evidence to lessen that 88% failure rate? What about having employees tell clients not to work and not to help themselves so it looks better? If the firm had done it's job I suspect we may be in a different place by now

I would absolutely 100% without a doubt use Greg Lake as an attorney.
