Chris Pomerleau and his paralegal Lisa Kritenbrink provided excellent guidance in my recent divorce. Focus on family was important because I have a 17 year old daughter. Meagan Spomer is an extremely intelligent lawyer! I hired Meagan for a custody case when she was part of a different Firm. When she moved firms, I had her take my case with her because from our first meeting I could not imagine another lawyer taking my case. After extensive research I hired a lawyer to handle my custody case a few years ago who dropped the ball. Meagan noticed that after barely looking at my prior file. One of the first things on her agenda for my case was to get child support dropped so that I would have some breathing room. She is passionate and extremely confident about her work and I love that about her! Most importantly, she was never hard to get ahold of. Usually responded back within a couple of hours at most. Thanks to Meagan I now have sole legal and physical custody of my beautiful who is also very thankful to her. I would definitely recommend calling Cuddigan Law as soon as you consider filing for disability or at any time you need help during the process. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable or helpful with regard to navigating the Social Security Disability system than Tim and his team.
