First off I had high hopes for this law firm. I saw all of the great reviews of this law firm made me very optimistic that they would help my husband and I. When speaking to them and explaining our situation over and over again to make sure that they would even be able to help. The paralegal was sure that they would be able to help us. When scheduling the appointment with Chris we had our consultation which ended in about 20 minutes because he didn’t have all of the information he needed to accurately speak on the case. When Chris did follow up with my husband after I had to call him to follow up, he was still waiting on some document. He then calls my husband back stating that he wouldn’t be able to help us until a year from now. I felt that we were robbed because they knew all of the initial information all along ,especially from the paralegal. I then called back and wanted some of our $150 back from our 20 minute consult, and Chris basically said that they did their job. I was absolutely insulted to think that this gentleman thinks that he could take some ones hard earned money and spend no more than an half hour and fill it’s justified by taking that amount of money. Please be careful and make sure you ask on top of ask all questions because I wouldn’t want you to end up like us and come up out of $150. If you do know that you probably won’t be getting any reimbursement if they don’t come through! It’s too bad because this firm could of had our business next year when we need to file!!!! I was discharged from the military Feb 1, 2016, with what I thought was full entitlements. Like so many other service men & women, I listened to all of the self appointed sea lawyers as I went thru the retirement process.. However I was misinformed, I used the available free agencies to file my VA disability claims and found them to be lacking. They wanted to help but the competency and experience you need can only be provided by professionals. That is what Cuddigan Law Practice provided, " A Professional Solution",. I worked with services that are free and got to the end of my timeline to appeal after 3 requests for a review and decided I was gambling on to much for my family and me. I got a hold of Sean Cuddigan approx March 1, 2018 and within 2 weeks my percentage of disability and service connection recognition was corrected to the right percentage and recognized as service connected. I went from 90% disability to 100% disability, that fast. Mid may I received some back pay and my 1st 100% VA compensation check June 1, 2018. I was in disbelief, what I patiently waited 18 mths for with the free services provided for me from some very well intentioned people and their organizations just about lost my family and me the benefits that I am entitled to. The old sayings everyone knows rings true here if you want to fix a sink call a plumber, if you want to fix a car call a good mechanic. If you have a beauacracy and administrative problem with the giants of these structures, the (VA & DOD), get a professional get a lawyer, call the professionals at Cuddigan Law firm and I guaranty you'll get that professional help that you must have when you need it.
