I embarked on this divorce with a totally different law firm that was large and respected and although they did a great job for me, it was all due in part to my lawyer. He has since joined Nebraska Legal Group. Chris Pomerleau has been with me for every motion, hearing, rant, explosion, and frustrating/joyous situation and believe me there have been many. He has always been the voice of reason and provided sound counsel. The best thing about Chris is he gets it. He knows that it is more than just a case but a relationship where there will be disagreements and compromises. Chris does a great job of differentiating them and getting through it to the end with your family and yourself as the primary focus. I wouldn't trust my case to anyone else, THAT is why NLG has gained a valuable asset that I hope many will come to appreciate as I have.

With my mental, as well as, physical conditions, made it nearly impossible for me to attempt filing my disability on my own. My first visit, the application was put in. They handled EVERYTHING for me. I could not have conquered the application process on my own. They are very professional, friendly, and care about their clients, working hard for each and every one. I know people who took years to get disability, and that got denied with other lawyers. This firm knows everything to navigate through all the red tape, very efficient, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable, since disability is ALL they do. I was approved my first time, and received my money within 6 months. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! I could NEVER THANK THEM ENOUGH for what they did for me!

I can't say enough positive things about Sean Cuddigan and his staff. He is thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He agreed to handle my VA appeal, which is still in process, but he also filed claims which have been recently settled in my favor. He knows and understands the VA bureaucracy and can maneuver through that jungle in ways we average vets can't even imagine. If you're dealing with the VA - I suggest you at least give him a call and see if he can help.

I thought I would try this law firm since they have what looked to be great reviews. I have multiple problems in my lower back and legs, got my first denial letter from disability, these guys wouldn't even have me in their office and help me with an appeal, told me good luck maybe find someone else to help you... As if this battle isn't already emotionally, and physically draining on a person. Can't say I will ever send anyone your way in the future.
