If you value your time, money and sanity I do not recommend this law firm.

Terrible experience- all they cared about was if they were getting paid.. and for as much as I paid(15k +), it should have been done perfectly. I so many things that fell through the cracks that my lawyer should have caught. I specifically used Adam Little and as I can see from other reviews, he has a reputation for not doing what he says he will do and just taking your money. And yes, I am posting under anonymous because I don’t feel safe to post under my real name.

Reached out to Cuddigan law to see if they could help my son, at first no call or email communication but we gave it another try. Provided VA decision letter 8 March 2024. On 11 March 2024, he got an email saying sorry for the delay but after reviewing your information I decided I can't represent you in your VA claim. No reason or additional info provided. It was stated if he's unable to work due to his service connected disability and want the lawyer to reevaluate, reach out. If you can't take it now then what difference does that make. Appreciate the VSO list but that's how he got started and got the 80%. Maybe that's why he's not worth your time.

I am 98% happy with this firm. We went through hell and back trying to get my disability going. But they did it. I have to give huge props to Sara my caseworker. She is a very patient and empathetic person. THANKS CUDDINGTON!
