Ben Belmont is by far the toughest family law and custody attorney in Omaha. He will fight for you! He works extremely hard for you and will get you the absolute best deal he can. He cares about his clients, he’s professional, ethical, and has tons of experience. I was really intimidated by him at first but once I got to know him, I just realized he just takes his job very seriously and has a very no nonsense approach. He will eat the other party alive. He’s expensive but it is money well spent. So thankful I had him on my side.

Met them in 2017, don't have any recollection of meeting with them in 2018. Remember meeting twice in 2019. Once before my hearing and the day just before my final hearing before the judge. My Atty did a great job helping me get this far, hopefully he has helped me enough to get it the rest of the way deep into the end zone.

Line is an awful attorney who in my opinion is a lot more interested in collecting her exorbitant fees than in seeing justice served. She puts herself ahead of the client at every turn. She really gets zero stars and I question the veracity of all these positive reviews in the past couple months when there were basically no reviews of her, or this firm, for years. I'm currently in the process of a mediated divorce, my wife and I will don't do well in the traditional sense of marriage, I don't own anyone and I don't like feeling financially obligated to someone in the case of infedelidy and control of or finances there is difference in the future we are saving for, my wife would like to maintain a positive relationship with me and my children, and I love her to death but we just don't do well under the constraints of marriage, so I'm in a good place and my wife has agreed to equal term, we each obtained lawyer to represent our selves at first I quickly realized that a lawyers true intentions are not to help they are full of hot air and when I learned of my attorneys malicious plan B as she put it. I emediatly ended the contract with her costing a great deal of money. I thought with a simple explanation to from my wife Eidith would understand and just do the things we asked, but to my surprise our child custody plan was questioned even though I was excepting the minimum amount of time with my two daughters just until my wife got on her feet and started her own career, she actually wanted my wife to dispute it costing time and money, but most of all take more of the 15 hours total a got to spend time with them! Honestly if your not at each other's throats then I don't think Eidith is a good lawyer if you want someone that's going to do what ever is easiest for her and her partners than by all means ignore this but if you are interested in have a positive relationship with your ex-wife or want to have equal time with your kids than take it from me Eidith Peeples isn't going to help and definitely doesn't have your families best interests, my recommendation is to keep looking, I hope this helps, do your own research is probably best
