I cannot say enough good things about Rich Hathaway and his services. I came across Rich Hathaway's firm after meeting with another law firm in town. The other firm basically told me they would never be able to do what I was asking but still told me that they were going to charge me twice as much money to not get things done. Rich was able to listen to my needs, take them seriously, and helped me do what needed to be done for my family for a fair price. He was always available to discuss my case and did not sugar coat what I was up against. That being said he didn't back down from doing what I requested either. He made me feel listened to, was respectful, and was always empathetic and supportive towards me when I was feeling upset about the situation in general. He is a great person and a great lawyer. My wife and I had a very complicated bankruptcy, due to a covid-related loss of a business. Colin was referred to me by a friend. I was having trouble with a tenant trying to end their lease 7 months early.
