From beginning to end everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. Having being denied for my VA disability claim I felt helpless. Sean and Mike were direct and accurate on my timeline of when my comp and pen would increase and followed up. if i had questions they would answer in a timely manner. this firm can get your benefits you deserve.. i am recommending other veterans there way. thanks Cuddigan

The worst representation of lawyers for custody issues in Iowa, especially if you are a father. Do not hire this firm if you need help in Iowa, especially from Meghan. They did not protect my son from moving halfway across the country. They did not understand that small town Iowa judges will allow relocation without provocation. Protect yourself and child by hiring quality legal counsel.

I truly appreciate what Timothy John Cuddiingan and associates have done for me in my time of need.
They protected my rights when needed them the most. I was a proud Member of the American working community.
When I found myself no longer able to physically work. Instead of taking on the Social Security office on my own. I had them stand in my corner to fight fir my rights. Instead of unnecessarily delaying my benefits.
