Jason represented me in a civil eviction as the Plaintiff. It was a messy domestic situation that devolved into an a full-blown civil trial. Jason did a good job representing me, asking the right questions, attempting to settle, and ultimately winning the civil trial. "Restitution granted". Jason Lucy and Lucy are fantastic to work with. By definition when tenants ignore you (for months) and refuse to pay rent things are not pleasant, unfortunately. Lucy and Jason took this process and made it fast, efficient, and business like (which ultimately is what rentals are about). They also treated the tenants as fairly as they allowed themselves to be.
