Richard Hathaway is a must call attorney for anyone who wants results. After getting relocated to a different state due to employment, I was refused the rights to see my children by the other parent. I contacted Mr. Hathaway off of a reference from my spouse's employer and I couldn't have asked for a better blessing. Mr. Hathaway started representing me in 2020 and we settled our case just this month. If it was not for Mr. Hathaway and his abilities to explain situations, be up front and honest, and tenacious work ethic, I would still be fighting to see my children. Mr. Hathaway fought hard for my rights as a parent and never gave up fighting for my parental rights. After a year and a half, we got the results we were looking for at a very good price.
