Heidi Is a very humble and caring person. Her priority is to help the community. She has helped my family and friends and everyone I know, has had positive outcomes.

Heidi Oligmueller is an excellent immigration attorney. She keeps up with the constant changes in immigration law so that she can provide the most comprehensive services to her clients. Heidi's compassion for her clients is evident in the way she goes beyond normal expectations of her job to ensure the best possible outcome in each and every case. The practice of immigration law in today's climate is difficult and can be discouraging but Heidi's strength of character, impeccable professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude never seem to flag. She is loved and respected by her clients as well as the many friends and admirers she has throughout the community.

Heidi has great in giving talks in the community, especially helping people with disabilities understand some nuances in terms and definitions that are necessary today.

Only gave 1 star because it was required. "Law Firm" does not have an actual Paralegal working. The "acting" paralegal, more like glorified receptionist, is rude and doesn't even know what shes talking about when it comes to giving legal advice. I went in to retrieve a copy of my case file and was denied the right to it. I was given the file only after I threatened to take legal action. A waiver I applied for was supposed to be submitted and a payment plan was agreed on but the lawyer misplaced it and lied and said it wasn't submitted because I didn't make a payment. I do not recommend Heidi Oligmueller to anyone and an official complaint is in the works.
