This guy said he was experienced in Unlawful Detainers in CA and would have our tenants out in 30-60 days. After 3 months, he had lost every motion, costs us $1000 in opposing counsel fees and charged us $42k in fees. After we fired him, he continued to charge us for his work to sue us.....with nocourt case he had filed. He now wants over $100k in fees and damages. We will be counter suing for damages in excess of $504,000. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS NUT JOB!!!

Mr. Gibbons handled a very difficult case for me. He never gave up and always balanced the costs and benefits. I don't think the outcome could have been any better overall.
