I was represented by Craig Kidwell in a Worker's Compensation case. When I first sat down with Craig to discuss my case, he was very positive about my chances of winning and informed me about what the best possible outcomes was and what was mostly likely to happen. Throughout the entire process Craig and his staff were understanding of my situation, answered any questions I had. I was always kept informed about the progress of my case. Craig is very knowledgeable about the system and the people (judges and other attorneys) in Nevada. His representation helped me get compensated for my injury and give me the time I needed to recover before returning to work.

I had never needed an attorney before, but once I was hurt on the job and the insurance company started their denials, my son suggested I contact Craig. Having no idea what to expect, I was definitely a nervous wreck. Craig put me at ease from day one and explained in detail what would happen in the next few months. He and Chellie were very professional during the Workman's Comp process and kept me apprised of everything that was going on. Chellie was excellent at returning my calls, or calling me before I even had a chance to call her, when something came up. I probably will never need to call them again because I have since retired. But, I will definitely recommend them.

I went into my meeting with Craig Kidwell feeling pretty broken both mentally and physically, completely at a loss on what to do next. Thankfully, the moment I stepped into the office, I was both welcomed and reassured (consistently over the entire tedious process) by both Craig and Chellie. I could not count the times she phoned telling me, "You'll be getting a nasty letter in the next few days just disregard it." This "disregard" as she explained, would not have been at all possible without the intelligence and prudence of a great attorney. From the beginning, Craig and his assistant, Chellie, have been more than helpful and always on top of things. Rather it's just keeping me updated on the current status of my case, looking out for my best interest, giving me advice, or even just to lend a listening ear and help to alleviate any concerns I'm having - including a couple occasions after closing time, they've always been there. I don't know where I would be right now with my case, let alone my carpal tunnel syndrome, if it wasn't for them. They're always professional, efficient, kind, and go above and beyond for their clients - Which is more than what it seems society in general has come to expect from the average lawyer. I believe Craig is one in a million and anyone who is represented by him should consider themselves very lucky, and can rest assured they're in good, caring, capable hands. From my experience, he truly cares, he'll get all the facts, and he will fight for you.
