Kaine Messer is an excellent lawyer! I highly recommend him and I will certainly recommend him to anybody that I know. He is professional, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my issue and gave me unvarnished advice as well as my options in a diplomatic way. He was concerned with getting me the best outcome instead of telling me to do that would benefit him the most. He gave me a frank and honest assessment of my situation, and gave me the advice and information I needed to get the best out of my situation. I cannot recommend him enough.

A friend of mine suggested I contact Gabroy/Messer regarding a possible lawsuit. When I submitted my intake form 27 days ago, I was told the lawyers would need approximately 7 days to review my case. I've since followed up via phone and email several times and have been told that they're in trial and haven't had a chance to review and they don't know when they plan to review. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication/updates provided by Gabroy once I'd submitted my intake form.

The RIGHT Lawyers is HIGHLY Recommended! From my first phone call to the firm, to my last interaction with them, they have been extremely responsive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They offered compassion and knowledge that helped me through the divorce. The guidance of Rock and team was very helpful when it came to making decisions on the divorce. They offered insight, logic and perspective in a time of high emotions. I did not feel that Rock and team were in this to empty my checkbook! In fact, Rock had often times reminded me of the value of the battle with the plaintiff. He would often remind me that it would cost more to fight over some household kitchen items than it would be to just let the other party have it. It was a hard concept to let go of, but he was correct. Bottom line is he offered logic when I could not think clearly during the divorce! The RIGHT Lawyers offers the flat fee which I think is easy to work with and offered less stress than having to calculate and keep track of hours, etc. I got more than I expected with the RIGHT Lawyers. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

The attorney was very knowledgeable, kind, and was willing to listen to my concerns. He was patient and showed concern about my situation. After speaking with him, I received additional contact information in case I had any further questions. The firm was a great help!

I was not impressed. I hoped to give a better review, but there were still matters that needed clarifying after the divorce was final, but my lawyer just dropped off and stopped responding. Due to how things were handled and listed on the decree, I ended up losing an additional $1200 to my ex spouse (they listed the amounts in our bank accounts at the time of review, versus just listing the account number. That got my ex awarded additional money, because her account didn't have that much on the date of divorce. Don't let them stick amounts on the decree, because those amounts fluctuate, and you'll be screwed into paying more if the ex's account has less than what was referenced on the decree). NV is a 50/50 state, but my ex gets more than half of what I earn in alimony. From my current/primary job, she gets $2400 per month, leaving me with less than $1600, and because of this I have to continue working two jobs while my ex gets to remain unemployed. Poor turnaround response time for communication as well. My ex spouse's lawyer was on top of things. Mine, not so much. This firm wanted me to give them a review after the initial consultation. I was hesitant and chose to wait. They would have gotten a good review up front, but once the smoke cleared, it was sub-satisfactory.
