This review is based on Christine Kelleher’s position as an arbitrator for DFS. My opinion is that she is a joke. I would never hire her for any legal representation. She would rather have children living in shelters than in a caring home. Thank goodness family court judges are smarter than she is. Not a client…just had to deal with Christine’s sham DFS arbitration. She is useless and is a toy for corrupt DFS officials. Remember Christine… this decision was not even close.

These guys blew right passed the front door filing papers with out any contract to dispute on the record. Case dismissed
