The whole office are very kind people and it is no wonder why they have won the most ethical place in town... thank you everyone for helping get my case settled with minimal stress and keeping the communication door open without the need to constantly ask me for payment.

Very professional and nice group of people. I mostly spoke with Stacey regarding my ticket. She was extremely helpful, friendly and it was a very easy process. I will be going back in the future for all legal counseling and services should the need ever arise again.

Divorce is a very serious subject and the one thing you'll hear from anyone who's been through it is making sure you leave no stone unturned, address everything and prepare yourself for future red flags. This is why you need to hire John Kelleher. John is very knowledgeable with the system and prepares you fully. It was a relief in an extremely stressful time to have John, and his whole staff for that matter, on top of things. He and his whole office were attentive and easily attainable to answer questions. The whole office returned emails and calls in a very timely manner and were always extremely pleasant to deal with. After a quick Google search for lawyers who represent fathers, I found Kelleher & Kelleher. Their office was a little farther than I wanted, but they were military friend so I came in for a consultation. My appointment was with John. He was a very active listener and wrote down notes the entire time I was talking. Which was great. Their office does have a conservative approach, but this is ideal in my eyes because they were very thorough and ensured all the boxes were checked for the custody case. He knew what the judge would expect and made sure I met those expectations prior to stepping foot in the courtroom. I stuck with John, Christine, and Neha throughout the entirety of the custody case and I am thoroughly pleased with the process and end result. It was lengthy and pricey, but you get what you pay for. Every member of the team was very upfront with me about what to expect. In the end, I got everything I wanted with my daughter (full legal and full physical custody). I'm not saying this can happen for every parent out there. There were quite a few things that happened in my favor. If you're seeking Kelleher & Kelleher's services, their team will be honest with you every step of the way!

I was very disappointed with my experience with John Kelleher and his firm. John took on my work knowing full well that he was not licensed to perform the duties required of him. When it came time to sign my documents, he informed me he could not, given that he was not licensed in my jurisdiction - a jurisdiction I disclosed (and was evident from my documents) from the outset. I was forced to go through the entire process again with a different lawyer, paying his full fee in addition. He and his staff insisted that this had been expressed to me. Obviously it had not been or I would have never undertook their services. They refused to return payment. I found them to be unethical and dishonest.

This is an excellent family law firm that I highly recommend. John and his team exhibited the necessary dedication to my case to obtain the best result I could hope for in an efficient manner. They were communicative, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and effective. Look no further.
