This past February I was T-boned and my car was totaled. I've never been in an accident before and was unfamiliar with the process. I did some research on lawyers and decided to try my luck with Jones-Wilson. I'm so glad I did! They were on top of everything, Alexis Payne helped me through the entire process. Big shout out to her. Mr. Jones & Alexis explained everything into detail and were very honest. Told me what to expect as well as timing. Given that we're in a pandemic, they were phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this firm. God forbid I get into another accident, but if so I'll be calling Jones-Wilson. Thank you again for everything.
