Take your money elsewhere, he doesn’t pay attention to detail and makes everything fight (as the client wanting to understand) His skills are from bankruptcy for dummies……

Attorney Cogan was a tremendous help when we were trying to understand a court document. He pulled up court documents that we did not know existed and did not have access to.
