Coming from a family of lawyers in the Philippines, I had done a good deal of research finding a Lawyer. I found Atty Jason Castro through Google search and met with him. During our first meeting, Attorney Jason showed professionalism, trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, and knowledge of immigration laws. I know of this because I am an Economist by profession, analytical, and well versed in law due to my family’s exposure in the ways of the law. After our meeting, I became truly convinced that he was the lawyer that I would need to handle my case-- Adjustment/ Change of Status. Attorney Jason sees to it that all required documentation is complete before filing to the USCIS. He guided us about all the information and immigration laws. He was an advocate to his client's concerns because he was always attentive and available through phone or email. Processing was smooth, and Attorney Castro instilled in us a sense of confidence and freedom from stress and worries -- making our life easier. The result was excellent. I got my permanent green card in one (1) year and one (1) month. Point being, he is an excellent and reliable Lawyer and is well worth his fee--money well spent indeed. Let me just start by saying THANK YOU to Jason.. when my husband was first picked up we felt so hopeless. The number of attorneys that I called and spoke to was crazy and at first we went with someone else who was very unhelpful. Once we found Jason it was like night and day, he was so friendly, helpful and attentive. He was very honest about what he though my husband's chances were, I've appreciated his honesty throughout this whole experience. He also offers a payment plan that made us able to afford to get my husband an attorney, which was great. My husband is now out on bond with his final court date just a month away. It has been such a long process, but Jason has been amazing every step of the way. We are not quite done, but it is looking like we will get the answer we have been hoping for! I would recommend Jason to anyone and everyone looking to hire an immigration lawyer. My only regret with the whole process is that we didn't find and hire Jason sooner!

Jason helped my brother to get justice and get another chance to be out of the immigration custody and restart his life in America with his wife and children. When I first got detained by ICE my whole life came crashing. After my wife spoke to numerous lawyers and none were willing to take my case, my hopes of returning to my family were quickly fading.Then Jason Castro was recommended to me so I told my wife to contact Jason. First of all want to say thanks to Jason Castro for taking my case were many didn’t . I spent almost 4 weeks in ICE detention. Times are different in immigration law today, and I started to lose hope. Being detained made me feel helpless. The first week was harsh on me, my family had a hard time finding an attorney that was willing to take my case for bond. I am a LPR, but because of my criminal past 9 attorneys turned my case away. The whole situation was hard on me and my family until the day my family spoke with Jason Castro. He assured me that there is a small chance I could get released on bond. But because he was very transparent with me I took the chances because he was the only attorney that was willing to even try. So my family and I made the choice to hire him ; A small chance was better than no chance. Jason successfully argued in court that I be released on bond and I celebrate freedom all thanks to Jason. My case is not over yet, but I am grateful for the hard work and dedication he put in to reunite my family and I.

Jason Castro brought my family out of the hardest time of our lives. My fiancée was detained by ICE and due to the severity of his case it was definitely hard to find a lawyer to take on the task.
