Poor company, do not know how to work, completely incompetent, I was deceived for 1 year, I was told that my case was 1 million dollars, after 1 year was discovered by another lawyer that if it was not a case of 1 million dollars and yes 150 thousand, today after a year this company left me a debt of 59 thousand dollars.

Thes guys are the state of the art law firm speaking. From the time that I walked to the their office they were very professional. I got involved in a motor vehicle accident and I had no idea what to do. I had a meeting with the attorney Lawrence Ruiz and his case Manager Lupe Navarro. They went step by step about the entire process and send me to a chiropractor the same day (the closest to my residence). Next day I got a call from Lupe, he was able to provide me information about a body shop that was going to take care of my property damage. Made the arrangements to get a rental. After that Lupe was very communicative, answering my phone calls and also getting follow ups. After I finished my medical treatment, the negotiation for a settlement was so intense that they didn’t give up until I got the maximum compensation. If I have to ask or recommend a law firm, this is the one. If I have to recommend a case manager, Lupe Navarro is a five star. The guys on tv, they just want your business. These guys (Ruiz Law Firm), really want to help you.

If you end up getting traffic ticket and points that affect your insurance rate and didn’t know what to do contact him and you will not regret it absolutely great service!! They never represented us but unfortunately they were doing work for us that affects us and this rating is my opinion. However there is a certain way to treat people even an adversary. Update..... I personally would not recommend any people of color do buisness with this law firm. They make errors that a law firm shouldn't . They moved extremely slow with us. They were not good at returning communication. They actually are ok with telling lies on people who are just dissatisfied with them. They threatened to call the police on us for recording outside there office with the door open so any lies could be proven false. Without a shadow of doubt I have never encountered such a unprofessional law office. They actually held money that wasn't theirs and continue to. Our dollar matters, do not get wrapped up with this place , its not worth it.
