Update 9-2017 ... I'm updating my review to 5 stars because after they finally called us back and they realized there was a problem they got on it right away and corrected everything immediately. I appreciate Rena's professionalism and I appreciate the prompt way she handled everything and corrected it for us . To me that tells me everything about this Law Group and their character, their ethics and who they are all the way around. Everybody makes mistakes including professionals it's how we handle them that make us who we are. Update on review 8-2017... My review on businesses are honest and from my own personal experience... After my husband's garnishment and after I posted a review on Google and Yelp we did get a response from Rena and she did help us clear this matter up. Although the case is not completed and we have not received any paperwork to show his employer so we can stop the garnishment right away, they did respond quickly and I believe a resolution has been completed. As soon as this case is closed and done and all paperwork is completed so my husband's check is safe, I will gladly update my review on the matter because fair is fair and I totally believe in honest and fair opinions on businesses in our community. Oh my gosh do not use this Law Firm. My husband and I used Rena for a debt issue and she was wonderful she talked with us she seemed caring after the initial payment and consultation was done we never heard from her office again personally. we called several times we emailed several times when we did hear from them they told us everything was fine then all of a sudden my husband gets slapped with a garnishment that's taking 45% of his paycheck. we now have to move and uproot our entire family because we cannot live on only half of his paycheck. all because she never responded back again to us or she kept telling us everything was okay. Now there's a new receptionist in her office who is cold hearted completely uncaring hung up on my husband when he was trying to get ahold of her today just a total rude b**** and we are panicking because this is our entire family that is screwed in this situation so don't pay this office money and don't expect results ear regardless of the other yelpers reviews cuz that's why I chose her from the reviews on this website.

Rene represented myself and husband in a bankruptcy back in 2013. It was a difficult decision but with Rene's help she explained to us how it would work in easy to understand terms. Everything went smoothly she kept us informed on what we needed to do. The court hearing was a little nerve racking and she calmed us down and handled it all for us very well.

My wife and I met with Rena McDonald to update our trust. She was great! She read the old trust cover to cover and made several suggestions for changes and updates. Her staff took great care of us throughout the entire process. We also discovered that my adult children should have documents filed, and she took care of that as well. I cant say enough about Rena and her staff, they were professional, expedient, thorough, and made the entire transaction, which can be tedious and taxing, very enjoyable!

Schedule an appointment for a Monday an week from our phone call showed up for appointment and the receptionist schedule the appointment for the following month and then did not even remember talking to us over the phone horrible horrible receptionist.

Rena handled my divorce case and what is naturally a stressful and painful process was made a pleasant as could be with confidence I felt with her experience and her and her staff's patience in educating me of my rights and what to expect. She handled a less experienced attorney in court with brilliant, patient strategy. The judge clearly also respected her methods and reputation as the other attorney was reprimanded and corrected multiple times. Having her as my advocate, advisor and champion helped me achieve an outcome I was happy with and left me in the best possible position I could have hoped for. She was clear on what she recommended but always listened to what I wanted and needed. I saw the opposing attorney fueling my ex-husband's anger and fears, ratcheting up his legal bill and the ugliness of the situation. Rena used incredible judgment and wisdom and once again, put my needs and what was best for my kids over the opportunity to fuel the fire and leave us with a huge legal bill and terrible wounds that would take years to heal. I am divorced and in a good situation with a great chance of a wonderful future. Much of this is due to my attorney, Rena McDonald and McDonald Law Group's staff.

I have worked with Mrs. Mcdonald for years and she is consistently excellent! Her office is straightforward and to the point without losing compassion and understanding for their clients.
