Ms. Haines came to our home as going into her office was a physical hardship. She arrived on time, was well prepared for the task at hand, and completed it in a thoughtful and professional manner. Estate planning was a potential quagmire for us. She smoothed the way and explained options in a clear, concise manner. Not only her knowledge but her bedside manner was exceptional. Would I use her again, and would I recommend her? Yes.
