Being involved in a car accident can lead to many inconveniences, but fortunately, I was referred to Eric Marshall and his team. What started out as an ordinary day of dropping off my daughter to school, turned into months long of issues due to being rear ended. Regardless of how minimal your accident may be perceived to be, always make the time to obtain a police report. This ensures that the driver at fault is documented in case the accident is more than you originally thought (while your adrenaline is pumping and your mind is still trying to make sense of what happened). For me, the neck and back pain was evident early on. I was referred to Chiro for diagnosis and treatment, Primary Care for an overall checkup, Neuro due to persistent headaches and Imaging. I was able to focus on my care and not worry about how much everything was going to cost me. Eric’s team was in constant communication with all my providers to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible. For my car repair, I did run into an issue with the collision center and thankfully Lacey guided me through the process for a prompt resolution. My accident was in May, fast forward to January, and I was diagnosed with cancer. When Eric called me to inform me of my choices (settle or litigate), I explained my situation to him and we agreed that the settlement would be the best option for me. In February, I met with Eric and was given an amazing surprise…not only did his team persuade the providers to discount their fees, he also discounted his fees. The amount I received was almost double of what we originally discussed I would get in the settlement. Their hard work and generosity will allow me not to worry about the fees associated with my cancer treatment. So truly, Eric Marshall helped me with TWO unexpected life changes. JD was very kind and lively when speaking with her, and the secretary at the front desk always greeted me with a smile.
