They represented my dad in his divorce, and I was able to see what great work they do. Not only are they super friendly and helpful, but amazing at law which is the most important part! Brandon is very experienced and him & his team give great insight and advice. Robert was also helpful with answering any questions my dad had. My mom needed a new will and we were referred by a lawyer friend from back east to Grant, Morris, Dodds, so they took care of her a few years back. Then after my mom died in 2023, there was a whole lot of red tape with a trust she didn’t remember and I didn’t know existed. The house I was living in was in that trust. Mark Dodds and Jason Aivaz were on it and had all the paperwork squared away for me to have my brother sign over his share of the house to me and I was able to purchase it last year (it was a reverse mortgage in the end, so I owed a lot of money and had to take out a mortgage), but the important thing to me is that it was mine and not taken by the bank. Then, Mark Dodds prepared my will and trust for me after that separately. I am so grateful to these wonderful lawyers for their incredible, hard work and dedication to helping me secure what was my parents’ house for 25 years and is now mine. I highly recommend Mark Dodds and Jason Aivaz to help you with all your legal needs.

Go elsewhere. Terrible. No communication. Lots of bills!!!! There is better out there, so disappointed. I was threatened to be sued by my attorneys own office. My credit card number changed over the course of time I was working with 'leave-it' , instead of a phone call explaing things, I get a letter from Brandon, you come at your own clients. I'm sure I was charged for hours as well for him to threaten me with litigation. They will milk you dry with minimum results, if your in the Leavitt office, leave it for better options!!!!
